When can I move in?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>If there is a storage space available that fits your needs you can move in anytime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How much notice do I need to give before I move out?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>We require a 10 day written notice prior to your paid thru date. Our manager will go over that process at the time of signing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>We require a Government issued ID (example: Drivers license, state id, or passport).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do I need to sign a long\u2011term lease?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leases are month to month.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When am I allowed to access my storage unit.
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Gate hours are 7AM-6PM Monday thru Saturday, Sunday 9AM-5PM Extended hour are available upon request.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How can I make a payment?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>You may sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card\/savings\/checking account monthly. You can also pay in person, mail a check or money order.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What types of payments do you accept?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>VISA, MasterCard , Checks, Money Orders or Cash.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>You can either use our storage examples on our website or call our manager for assistance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do l need an appointment?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stop by anytime between our office hours for a tour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do l need to bring my own lock?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Yes bring your own lock at the time of move in; however we do have locks we recommend available for sale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Items that you\u2019re not allowed to store?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What are the hours of operation?
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Office Hrs: Mon-Sat 8AM 5PM Closed Sunday & Holidays. Onsite resident managers available after hrs by appt. If it\u2019s after hours or a holiday and it\u2019s an emergency call and we will do what we can to get you a rental unit. Gate hrs: Mon\u2011Sat 7AM\u20116PM. Sunday 9AM\u20115PM 365 days a yr.
